St. Louis, MO (October 2020) – Eldercare Channel welcomes Orlando Quintero as Director of Operations. Orlando Quintero oversees and administrates ElderCare Channel’s day to day operations ranging from customer relations, to content creation and product development. He began his journey at ElderCare Channel as part of the customer relations team and was instrumental in the development of the company.
Orlando graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences from Webster University and then completed a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences. Orlando has spent years involved in many aspects of the healthcare industry in areas such as primary care, emergency medicine, and global health.
Orlando will work with the CEO of ElderCare Channel, Dr. William Dunn, and the rest of the ElderCare Channel team as they work to fundamentally improve the way people gain access to senior services and find new ways to provide customers with the most comprehensive and practical service possible. Eldercare Channel continues to assist the children or spouses of elderly adults by assessing the status of their loved ones. They help people make better decisions by offering nursing home, home care, and adult daycare consultations.
Dr. William Dunn founded The ElderCare Channel in 2019. His motivation was when he and his sister experienced a critical time in their parents’ lives. They didn’t have much information to go on, so he decided to help others and teach them what he learned during the process. He especially has experience with the sandwich generation. The ElderCare Channel has helped the elderly by providing current information on a wide variety of health-related topics. They also offer recommendations for home care and the placement of individuals in long-term health care facilities. The Eldercare Channel blog features helpful care tips and information on how they’re working together to enhance the lives of older adults.
