June 1st, 2015 – Dr. Michelle Cleere is holding two presentations for the 2015 United States professional Tennis Association/ Pacific Northwest Division Convention in Oregon on June 4th to June 6th.

On Friday, June 5th, 2015 Dr. Cleere is presenting “Beating The Tennis Demons” at 3.50 pm.

When asked what Beating the Tennis Demons System is, Dr. Cleere responded: “Most of my early work with clients provided fabulous results and my practice became the laboratory from which my current work got its foundation. I wanted to figure out what was going to have the greatest impact on most all athletes, in the shortest amount of time.

In my laboratory, I paid attention to and discovered what the key moments in the game of tennis were (more about that later). These key moments were prime opportunities for the demons to jump in and sabotage tennis players. This is how I developed the Beating the Tennis Demons system™.

“Over the years what I realized is that most athletes only need small tweaks to make a huge difference. That is the foundation of the Beating the Demons System™.”

The Beating the Tennis Demons System™ helps Tennis players stay out of their head (away from the demons) and focused on playing tennis. In her presentation, Dr. Cleere will give an overview of her entire system and will highlight and focus on how to switch “the internal champion”; how to develop mental muscle memory as well as how to bounce back fast from mistakes.

On Saturday at 10.10am, Dr. Cleere is going to speak about “Coaching Players For Success”. In this talk, Dr. Cleere will explain how coaches can help tennis players make small tweaks in their mental game for maximum impact and fast results: improved focus, better consistency, increased confidence, less tension and the ability to move around the court more fluidly.

Dr. Cleere will specifically cover her success story of a #1 college athlete turned pro; a case study of a professional tennis player who was already in top physical condition and how she got a competitive edge by using Cleere’s Beating the Tennis Demons System™ as well as how coaches can help their players get a competitive edge by developing a pre-match routine, a between point routine and a pre-serve routine.

“I cannot wait to share my Beating the Tennis Demons Coaching System with USPTA coaches at USPTA PNW Convention June 5 & 6 in Tigard. I will also be discussing Coaching your Athletes Successfully,” stated Dr. Cleere.
