Downtown Montreal’s Best Bar Restaurant – Live Band Schedule for May 2019

Montreal's hottest bar scene, Winnie's Bar Restaurant, which is situated upstairs from the famous Sir Winston Churchill Pub announces their live entertainment line-up for the month of May 2019


Spring has finally come to Montreal. Winnie’s Bar Restaurant has announced their live music line-up for the month of May 2019. The second level of Sir Winston Churchill Pub Complexe hosts live entertainment starting on Wednesday and continues through to Saturday. Here is May’s line-up:


A popular group to Winnie’s Bar Restaurant, ‘Seb & Matt’ starts off Wednesday May 1st. They are quickly becoming a regular act at Winnie’s.


“Side FX’ will be playing at Winnie’s on Thursday, May 2nd and again on Thursday May 16th. This group have been performing monthly for the crowd a Winnie’s for some time now.


‘Jam Avenue’ returns again by popular demand for two dates in May. They will be playing Friday, May 3rd and again on Saturday, May 4th.


The ‘Bud Rice Band’ will be on stage Saturday, April 13th. The ‘Bud Rice Band’’ are establishing themselves as a group that provides a great night of music and dancing.


‘Take 2 is back on Wednesday, May 8th and on Wednesday May 22nd.


‘The Jones’ will be on stage three times this month starting on Thursday, May 9th and on Thursday, May 23rd. They make an additional appearance on Friday May 31st to close out the month on the right note.


One of Winnie’s favorite groups, ‘The Dwayne Dixon Band’ is scheduled to entertain the crowd on Friday, May 10th and Saturday May 11th.


‘Smoke & Mirrors’ make their one and only appearance on Wednesday, May 15th


The group ‘FM’ are playing the weekend of Friday, May 17th and Saturday, May 18th.


A monthly favorite, ‘Rock & Roll Casualties’ are performing three times in May starting on Friday, May 24th, then Saturday, May 25th and finally on Wednesday, May 29th.


Finally, the ‘Dwayne Dixon Duo’ entertains the crowd at Winnie’s on Thursday, May 30th.

We invite everyone to come to celebrate the month of May at Winnie’s Bar Restaurant. ‘Happy Hour’ is every day from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The management also wants to remind their guests that DJ’s are downstairs at Sir Winston’s Churchill Pub every night of the week to provide Montreal’s best dance music from 10 PM to 3 AM. Also note Winnie’s Bar Restaurant has DJ Shamrock on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to provide great music during the band’s breaks so the music never stops.
