DFWCityhomes will change its Flat Fee MLS Listing Service fees for home sellers to $1,200*, split $600 paid at the time of listing and $600 paid at closing. The change will apply to the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) market in Texas. The $210 increase is the first change in price structure since the service launched in 2009.
