In a move to better serve clients in the Del Mar, California area, Dean Rooke & Paul Stokes have joined Harcourts JADE Properties, a well-known and respected brokerage firm with more than 100 years of experience in real estate.
As part of Dean Rooke & Paul Stokes’ ongoing effort to improve brokerage services offered to clients, the Del Mar real estate team has moved to a new brokerage firm, Harcourts JADE Properties, located in The Lofts at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas. Harcourts also has local offices in Del Mar, La Jolla and Rancho Santa Fe.

This new partnership will help Rooke & Stokes better focus on Del Mar area properties including Olde Del Mar, Del Mar Village, Del Mar Beach Colony, Del Mar Terrace, Del Mar Heights and Del Mar Bluffs. The team pays special attention to Seapoint, Sea Village, Del Mar Woods, Stratford Square, Spindrift and Beach Colony properties.
