This award recognizes the best market research campaign for providing meaningful insight and actionable recommendations based on rigorous market research.


DecisionWise was recognized for its 2016 State of Employee Engagement Report which provides a comprehensive look at best practices to measure and improve engagement in the workplace. This inaugural 58-page report is based on feedback from over 200 organizations around the world. The survey included 31 questions which measured corporate attitudes toward engagement, measurement techniques, the use of engagement programs, and the return on investment from employee engagement initiatives.


DecisionWise Vice President of Products and Marketing, Charles Rogel, remarked: “With the help of a stellar team from the Brigham Young University on-campus internship program, we were able to provide a clear picture of what companies are doing to increase employee engagement. Once we gathered the data, we looked specifically at those companies that had increased engagement over the past three years and found six key factors that separated them from the rest.”
