A new online reading and literacy training program has been launched by The Reading Ranch. The virtual program helps PreK to 6th Grade children develop their reading skills through fun, interactive classes.

The Reading Ranch, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, has launched a new virtual reading program to encourage skill development and a love of reading in Pre-K to 6th Grade children. They have developed a reputation as the premier literacy education available online and in person.

The newly launched service is designed to provide children with effective literacy development from the comfort of their own home. It offers live instruction in phonetic awareness and phonics, with phonetically based programs for reading, writing, comprehension, spelling and critical analysis.

Using research-based practices, the program makes reading fun and is designed for children in the PK – 6th Grade range. All teachers are certified in the Reading Ranch scope and sequence methodology, provide personalized instruction, and respond to the needs of every student in real time.

One of the factors that separates The Reading Ranch from other online reading program providers is their focus purely on literacy (reading, writing and comprehension). Alongside this, they offer their exclusive CARs (Critical Analysis and Reasoning) program.

The program, which is available both in person and online as part of the new virtual learning approach, is unique and written by a PhD in Reading Education and Literacy.

Because of the specially designed program and results-backed course, parents are able to feel confident that their children are receiving education and instruction of the highest quality. The VLP program is also beneficial for ESL students, and there are numerous options for boosting confidence and academic growth.

Each lesson is live, and there are only one or two students per teacher. PreK children begin with 25-minute classes focusing on shared reading, letters and sounds, rhyming and building words.

First Grade programs center on multi-sensory language, spelling and phonics, while later programs progress through reading intervention, fluency and vocabulary, and recall and analysis.

A spokesperson for The Reading Ranch states: “For parents, life can feel like the Wild West. Despite the craziness, you can feel confident that your child is receiving quality instruction and excelling in reading and writing – even from the comfort of your own home.”
