As computer technology has grown throughout the years there has been a massive shift in communication, with email and SMS overtaking traditional communication methods. There has been a shift in how companies communicate with the general public, using social media as an advertising and communication platform. There has even been a change in the way traditional print, such as newspapers and magazines publish their content, with many companies now exclusively producing electronic forms of their content and no longer producing traditional print.
