Crosson & Richetti Family Law is pleased to announce that Michael Daigle has joined the firm's practice group. Daigle joins from his position as Pro Se Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania."Founded in September 2018, Crosson & Ritchetti has grown considerably and the law firm remains committed to bringing in new talent to better serve clients," Ian Richetti, a founding partner of the firm, explains. "Mr. Daigle's knowledge, connections, and experience will be of great benefit to our clients. Our estate planning and family law divisions are booming and his experience will be of great help in allowing us to expand into additional areas of litigation. We are now truly a full-service law firm."
Michael Daigle brings 20 years of state and federal court experience to the firm, having worked on a variety of criminal and civil matters. He has state law experience in zoning matters, family law, and personal injury. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in federal civil rights, criminal, and employment cases. Clients will find they benefit greatly from his addition to the firm.
"Michael served for nearly 18 years as a Career Clerk to the late Hon. James Knoll Gardner, the former President Judge of the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas as well as an Eastern District of Pennsylvania United States District Judge. Today, he serves as a member of and the Secretary for the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of Lehigh County," Richetti continues.
Mr. Daigle earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from State University of New York Oswego.
