The isolated phosphopeptides are compatible for analysis downstream by mass spectrometry. The binding, wash and elution buffers supplied in the kits ensure that maximum specificity and yield. In addition, all kits at Creative Diagnostics include MagIso™-Ti with magnetic capture particles, loading buffer, two washing buffers and elution buffer. A magnetic separator rack is not included.
