Earlier today, Convivo finally announced the beginning of its new Event Space service, which has been in development since mid September. The main aim is to help event planners and corporate planners have a stress free experience…. but it does so, with a difference.
Paolo Gavazza, Chef at Convivio, says: “We wanted to try something new with this Event Space service. Anyone familiar with the Italian Wine and Food market will probably have noticed how everyone else seems to offer a generic experience and menu.. This is a problem because It doesn’t lend itself to customization of the experience. A corporate event is very different than a wedding for example.”
So as a welcome breath of fresh air, Convivio will instead listen to the client and strive to provide a unique experience for each event. Convivio chose to make this move so a bride can have that special day, so the corporate event planner can make the experience a winner for the company, so the wife/husband can throw the perfect party for their spouse.
Paolo Gavazza also said “We want to give our customers the feeling that they are the most important, and our food is made especially for them.. with our new Event Space service, they have a fresh new possibility. We want them to feel at home, but also like they are dining in Italy. Tasting the wines and the food they would find there. Trying something new is always a risk, but it’s a risk we believe is worth taking.”
Convivio has been in business for just under 3 months (being established in August 1st 2019) but they are already making new friends and educating them about Italian food and wine. Since Day 1 they have always aimed to Make event planners lives much much easier.
