Last month, Convivo at last reported the start of its new Durham Event Space, which has been being developed since mid September. The fundamental point is to help occasion organizers and corporate organizers have a peaceful experience…. in any case, it does as such, with a distinction.
Paolo Gavazza, Chef at Convivio, says: “We wanted to try something new with this Event Space service. Anyone familiar with the Italian Wine and Food market will probably have noticed how everyone else seems to offer a generic experience and menu. This is a problem because It doesn’t lend itself to customization of the experience. A corporate event is very different than a wedding for example.”
So (as a welcome breath of fresh air), Convivio will instead listen to the client and strive to provide a unique experience for each event. Convivio decided to offer this new Durham occasion space so a lady can have that exceptional day, so the corporate occasion organizer can make the experience a victor for the organization, so the wife/husband can arrange the ideal party for their significant other.
Paolo Gavazza also said “We want to give our customers the feeling that they are the most important, and our food is made especially for them.. with our new Event Space service, they have a fresh new possibility. We want them to feel at home, but also like they are dining in Italy. Tasting the wines and the food they would find there. Trying something new is always a risk, but it’s a risk we believe is worth taking.”
Convivio has been in business for just under 3 months (being established in August 1st, 2019) but they are already making new friends and educating them about Italian food and wine. Since Day 1 they have always aimed to make Durham and Raleigh event planners lives much, much easier.
