The COVID-19 national pandemic has caused City of Duarte Council District 3 Councilwoman Liz Reilly to get innovative for her November 3, 2020 re-election campaign. Reilly has chosen the digital political campaigning e-toolbox suite from the CandiMALL GOTV Store to green her outreach to her District 3 constituents.
The City of Duarte incumbent Council member Liz Reilly has decided to take her 2020 re-election bid for District 3 green with digital e-tools to insure her campaign message reaches voters and gets out the voters for her November election. Her innovative campaigning approach is quite different from her past election successes in 2011 amd 2015 when there was no pandemic and candidates ran at large. Councilwoman Reilly said “I already had developed a great plan for my newly created district election, but now that we are in the middle of this pandemic, I had to come up with a whole new innovative strategy.”
Reilly was first elected to the Duarte City Council in 2011 and re-elected in 2015. She strives to create an economic environment that attracts new businesses, supports existing businesses, and brings tax revenue, sales, and jobs to Duarte. Being fiscally conservative, she believes it is essential that the citizens money be spent prudently and equitably where it will impact our community the most.
As a Duarte councilmember and a former Mayor she has been recognized as a fighter for improved air quality, safe neighborhoods keeping an eagle eye on the city’s budget, cutting waste, while promoting a friendly business climate to create additional local jobs.
