The husband and wife team, Chris and Fallon Liles, co-founders of Rafterhouse, which became a household name for homebuilding fans with their experience hosting two HGTV shows and features in dozens of publications all across the country, have now begun a brand-new venture.The couple is proud to announce the introduction of Gather Projects, with Chris and Fallon Liles - along with their four boys. The new venture has recently been launched and is set to take off in the near future providing fans with what they want and address their unique needs along the way to ensure they get exactly what they want.
"There's no question that our "modern ranch" roots are still intact from the iconic, signature custom home-builds that our fans have grown to know from our Arcadia Phoenix homes projects," stated Chris Liles. "Our mission is to build homes that bring friends, family, neighbors and the entire community together. We want to create spaces that are used to gather people intentionally and love others well. We love dreaming through the way a home will be lived in and designing with a purpose."
Gather Projects is getting back to the roots of the Phoenix home design the Liles are known for. Projects will involve building and remodeling homes for sale, as well as working with clients on their large-scale remodels and new builds. Because no two families are alike, those watching can expect to see a range of personalities in every home. The couple has stated they look forward to dreaming up spaces that are unique to each client served.
"The vision of Gather projects is to dream up concepts to meet our client's unique lifestyles, build quality homes with passion and virtue, and create purposeful spaces for gathering with others," continued Liles. "Some of the projects we are accepting right now include, interior design full remodels and new construction of modern ranch homes and other home architectural styles."
