Kayla graduated from Union University with a Masters of Science in Nursing and is certified as a family nurse practitioner. In addition to providing proactive hormonal optimization to patients at Memphis Health & Wellness, she also continues to provide primary care services in Senatobia, MS. She enjoys spending time with her patients, getting to know them on a personal level and establishing a relationship as part of their treatment plan. Kayla is married to her college sweetheart and they reside in Mississippi with their two young daughters.
Stephen P. Seefried
Clinic Director
Stephen has been working in the health and wellness sector for over a decade. He owned and operated a wellness center in the Palm Beach, Florida area, serving all 50 states. Stephen prides himself on working closely with clients focusing on a primary goal of optimizing overall health. He has completed formal training with BioTE Pellet Therapy, The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and Gainswave ED Therapy. Stephen has helped thousands of clients regain their quality of life through hormone therapy, nutritional supplementation, weight loss solutions. Stephen currently resides in Collierville, TN with his wife and 5 children.
