Kelly Hyman set to expand her brand as a class action lawyer, to also becoming one of America’s Top Television Legal Analysts

With her passion for the work she does and the achievements she has obtained, it seems Kelly Hyman is not going to stop any time soon. Her prominence and visibility in the legal profession and her increasing appearances on TV and radio in 2019 and beyond to discuss topics affecting American society will certainly propel her even further in the field.

After playing several roles in movies and TV shows, Attorney Kelly Alexandra Hyman has set her eyes on becoming one of the top class action and mass tort litigation lawyers in America.

Not your average lawyer, she might be mistaken for someone who is about to hit the red carpet rather than someone you would meet in the courtroom. Perhaps that because before she went on to be awarded distinguished accolades like the AV Preeminent Ratings from Martindale-Hubbell for three consecutive years, and before joining the list of top 25 class action attorneys in Colorado, she was already enjoying a successful job as a child actor. Her Hollywood looks and her ability to navigate the screen with ease have continued to serve her in her now prominent legal profession. Leveraging her background as an actress and her legal skills, she now appears regularly in legal discussions and acts as a voice of reason on controversial and difficult topics ranging from women’s rights, free speech, voters’ rights, and social justice.

With over 10 years of experience under her belt, Kelly Hyman is currently a senior attorney with Franklin D. Azar & Associates. An associate of the class action group with the law firm, she focuses her legal practice on consumer class action lawsuits and boasts of extensive proficiency in mass tort litigation. Before making it to her current position, she found success as a lawyer with Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley PA from 2011 to 2018. In the early stages of her career, Ms. Hyman nurtured her skills through her job as a law clerk with Judge Sandoval, U.S. District Court in Nevada, who is also the former Governor of the state of Nevada.

Despite hear already illustrious legal career, it seems she’s not about to call it quits yet. Hyman was recently awarded one of Marquis’ highest honors for professional excellence. Marquis Who’s Who is the world’s leading publisher of biographical profiles and on June 6, 2019 it honored Kelly Hyman as a Top Lawyer. She was noted for her leadership qualities, achievements, and the achievements and successes she has accumulated in her profession. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical directories, profiled individuals are chosen on the basis of current reference value. Aspects like noteworthy accomplishments, position, prominence, and visibility in the field are all factored in during the selection process.

Ms. Hyman is actively engaged in discussions and debates on tough and controversial topics affecting our society. She has been making a number of high-profile TV appearances and radio guest posts to discuss issues ranging from the recent government shutdown, social justice, border security, voters’ rights, and issues affecting women in the workplace. On April 17, 2019, she participated in a panel discussion on ABC’s America This Week. Hosted by Eric Bolling, the segment touched on subjects like the state of the economy and the proposed US/Mexico border wall extension. She has also made other appearances on Fox 5 News, the “Jiggy Jaguar” radio show, and the “Whistleblower.”

Although Ms. Hyman has accomplished a lot over the years, she considers the most rewarding element of her profession to be the positive impact of her work on the lives of others, offering many people the justice they deserve from the harm they have suffered. In a recent interview she was asked why she chose to pursue consumer protection law and she mentioned that “protecting people and fighting for their rights enables me to help them, and therefore have a positive effect on their lives.”
