Windermere / Orlando, FL June 23, 2015 – Local Celebrity Chef and owner of Stefano’s Grill -Stefano Tedeschi, – along with his wife Mary – will be bringing the flava of Italy to Windermere this summer with the opening of a new restaurant called Caprino’s Italian.
Caprino’s Italian is an elegant pizza, pasta casual dining restaurant with great steak and seafood specials. The opening date for the restaurant is slated for July 6, 2015 and will serve up an array of mouth-watering pizza, including homemade sausage, and sumptuous Italian dishes such as chicken parmesan. An extensive gluten-free menu will also be offered as well as a full liquor bar including craft beer, cocktails and wine.
Tedeshi’s other restaurant – Stefano’s Grill – is Trip Advisor’s 2015 winner of the Certificate of Excellence award. With Caprino’s Italian, the couple’s mission is to provide customers with a unique experience by delighting their taste buds with authentic Italian meals. As a result, they will only use the finest imported Italian ingredients including imported flour, tomatoes, cheese plus imported Italian water in their recipes.
The couple are excited about the launch of the new restaurant which will add approximately 40 jobs to Windermere and will be instrumental in helping to boost the town’s economy. When asked about their decision to open this type of restaurant, Tedeschi said: “There’s a huge gap in the independent market for this kind of place. We wanted to fill that gap with a restaurant that makes diners feel as though they are at a high-end restaurant with great food at moderate prices.”
Caprino’s Italian will feature meals ranging from $10 – $13 which is quite reasonable for the quality meals we’ll offer. The restaurant will be open seven days a week serving dinner with happy hour specials. And with outdoor dining options and live entertainment, Caprino’s offers the perfect setting for families and groups. Take-out and delivery options are also available for those who want to enjoy their meals in their own space.
