To Launch Her New Book 'Flavors Of My World', Celebrity Chef Maneet Chauhan cooks in San Jose at Menara Moroccan Restaurant on her 21-City Cross Country Tour.Chef Chauhan, is a past Judge on Food Network’s Chopped, competed on Iron Chef, recipient of the James Beard Award for Excellence, appearing on The View, makes a one-night stop on Saturday, May 4th in San Jose. Selecting local Moroccan restaurant Menara to partner with for a unique evening of cooking and book signing as part of her 'Cutting Edge' tour to promote 'Flavors of My World: A Culinary Tour Through 25 Countries,' the book she co-authored with Doug Singer.
Maneet will be appearing at Menara Moroccan Restaurant for a special 'one-night only' dinner event on May 4th. Anand Shah, General Manager for Menara explains, "A reservation-only dining experience. Guests will enjoy a three-course, collaboration dinner between Chef Chauhan and Menara Moroccan Restaurant for $95 a person, including a specialty cocktail crafted by Chef Chauhan. The appetizers and entrees will have a wine pairing, and guests will receive a copy of Maneet's book 'Flavors of My World' cookbook. Chef Chauhan will also be mingling with the guests."
