BASKING RIDGE, NJ – A new book helps educators embrace multiculturalism in their classrooms with lesson plans, games, and fun diversity activities.
In Building Bridges with Bilingual Books and Multicultural Resources: A Practical Manual of Lesson Plans, Literacy Games, and Fun Activities from Around the World to Celebrate Diversity in the Classroom and at Home (Language Lizard, December 2019), Anneke Vanmarcke Forzani taps her 15 years of experience supporting bilingual educators to create a useful manual that helps teachers and homeschoolers incorporate cultural diversity into their teaching.
This timely and practical manual shows educators how to:

Each lesson incorporates optional ESL activities, accommodations for language learners, and suggestions for involving dual language families.
