CCPA Toll Free upgrades its compliance software for the CA Attorney General’s CCPA regulations. It offers a toll-free number and interactive webform for "Do Not Sell My Personal Info" privacy requests for $299-$999 annually.

Webform and toll-free number requests appear alongside each other in CCPA Toll Free’s secure online dashboard.


Among other updates, in response to the procedural requirement that businesses acknowledge consumer requests within 10 days, CCPA Toll Free now provides a privacy request tracker that updates a compliance audit trail whenever a business acknowledges a request.
