Automotive retailers know to pay close attention to the changes in technology, sales techniques, social media, online reviews, but there is much noise in the marketplace. To quiet the noise, and find accurate information, Marketplace Master co-founders found top speakers and trainers with real-world experience.

Successful business people don’t invest money unless they have some assurances that the risks they are taking are acceptable and there are adequate process in place to determine whether that investment was successful.

Today, said Beto Paredes, co-founder of the Marketplace Master Dealership Series https://www.MarketplaceMaster.auto set for Sept. 6-8, at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, many automotive retailers are taking chances with their marketing and advertising investments they would never take with a new building, equipment, or adding personnel.

“Gone for good are the days when dealers said, ‘I know I’m spending 40 percent more on my advertising than I should, but I just don’t know which 40 percent,” Paredes said. “Many of those dealers are no longer in business.”

Paredes, founder of two automotive marketing and website companies with more than 4,000 dealer clients who has been steeped in retail automotive marketing for more the past 15 years, said the pace of technological changes available to assist with everything from inventory acquisition, pricing, marketing and the rise of social media and online reviews, has changed forever the way dealerships are marketed and how they should advertise.

“Dealers hear a constant flow of information about the marketplace,” Paredes said. “Combine this with the day-to-day challenges and the noise of running a retail automotive business, and they become inundated with too much information.”

The rapidity of technological changes gets dealers’ attention, said Marketplace Master co-founder Michael Jackson.

“They know they have learn about these changes and implement them in their dealerships,” Jackson said. “They are hearing from hundreds of marketing and advertising agencies and consultants who have varying degrees of experience and expertise.”

Jackson, who founded Auto Search Technologies, a website design and search engine optimization firm with more than 5,000 dealer relationships, said one of the main reasons for Marketplace Master Dealership Series is to help dealers overcome all the noise and get to solid, current and accurate information about the latest tools and techniques in sales and marketing.

“We have put together an all-star lineup of the nation’s top professionals who real-world experience as sales associates and managers,” Jackson said. “We have gone to the dealers we do business with, and asked them who they found the most engaging, interesting, and have provided them information that has improved their teams or who expertise and advice resulted in more sales with better profitability.

The result is a list of the nation’s top trainers, including Tom Stuker, Mark Tewart, Fran Taylor, Glenn Pasch, Jerry Thibeau, Don Reed, Tim Kintz and nearly two dozen other speakers who will cover all aspects of dealership sales, marketing, advertising, and much more.

“All of the executive board members of the Association of Auto Sales Professionals (AASP) will be on hand for the Marketplace Master Dealership Series,” Paredes said. “Once they saw the caliber of the training we have in store for dealers and sales professionals, they jumped at the opportunity to offer the AASP Sales Manager and Sales Associate Certifications https://www.marketplacemaster.auto/certification at our show.”

The AASP Certification Programs are designed to enhance sales team performance, CSI ratings, and profitability through education, training, and motivation from the nation’s top experts in all aspects of dealership enterprises. Certifications will be based on attendance at 10 Marketplace Master workshops and keynote speeches spanning 13 hours over the course of the three-day event.
