Due to overwhelming amount of work duties that collided with his life balance, the Tree HQ app was created by an arborist who needed a solution for his company. At first, Tree HQ was designed specifically for the arboriculture industry but has evolved and now launched to help other business in other areas and categories.
Tree HQ is a workflow management system currently available on IOS (App Store ) that allows service business to manage their in house and on site operations from one simple place. All information entered into the system can be accessed anywhere on a mobile device, meaning a business can be managed easily.
Quotes, potential clients and booked in clients are all stored on the app and are easily edited on the go. Potential clients and their information can be added into the system and quotes are easily managed. Photographs, video footage, description of works to be carried about and the potential amount to be charged can all be edited on the app and the quote then emailed directly to the potential client.
All booked in clients and works are all stored on the app’s calendar so the business owner can view quickly at a glance when and where they have jobs and when they have space available. For example, if a quote is accepted by a client, the business owner can then quickly find a date for the client and book them in on the spot. This application also manages payments and integrates with XERO and MYOB.
At a glance businesses can view jobs numbers, completed status, paid status, payment type and total amounts within the app. This makes it easy to manage business finances and track payments.
