We really didn't want to hassle with the realty people, who just keep trying to sell it, you know, all this kind. We wanted somebody to come by and just buy it. The house is livable, it is just that there are some things that needed to be done. Yeah, we could have done it, but we just really didn't want to mess with it. That's the same reason we didn't want to put it on the market, We just didn't want to fix anything, We just wanted to go, and be done with it. Alex was easy to work with, for one thing. We communicated pretty good. Other people were just set on the price and their prices were way too low."

"We had one buyer," they continued, "that we were thinking about, but your prices were better, so... You were easier to work with and more negotiable, not just "Well this is the best we can do''. First of all, every month that we had the house, we had a mortgage payment plus insurance plus utilities. Now, we are not going to have any of that. So, we decided to go ahead and sell, cause we didn't want to have to pay all of that. Plus, if you put it on the market, you still have to wait. You get a closing date and if the buyer doesn't qualify, you have to start all over again, so we just didn't want to."
