Boca Raton Home Care Company Owner Lisa Kaufman Joins Jewish Family Services

The president of Boca Home Care Services has been named an honorary board member of Jewish Family Services. Lisa Kaufman has a well established record of good work in the community, including working with Blue Cross, and the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.


Lisa Kaufman, the president and founder of Boca Home Care Services, has joined the board of Ruth and Normal Rales Jewish Family Services, of South Palm Beach County. In this new capacity, she will advise the other leaders in the community on social service issues, with Jewish Family Services offering services that include feeding the hungry, working with holocaust survivors, and offering family counselling.

Lisa Kaufman received her BA from Boston University, where she studied economics. Following that, she went to work for the Michigan Hospital Association, Blue Cross, and Blue Shield of Michigan. She also worked for a national home care company before opening United Geriatric Care Management Services.


She has been involved in numerous educational and policy rules for the home care industry and is an active member of the Florida Board for Private Care Home Care, where she speaks to physician groups on the changing landscapes of healthcare and advocating for senior rights.


In addition to this, she is active with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, the Jewish National Fund, and Boca Raton Synagogue. The new position sees Lisa becoming an honorary board member of Jewish Family Services, where she aims to continue her good work.
