• Reagents and Assays
CD Bioparticles provides various reagents and assays including vitronectin, tropoelastin, recombinant vitronectin, fibronetin, silk fibroin, PBS solutions, LAP, irgacure, ruthenium, extracellular matrix coated 24-well plate, electropun GEL, ECM select kit, degassed water, etc.
Extracellular matrix coated 24-well plate is one of the featured products which is a 24-well plate pre-coated with stem cell-derived extracellular matrix(SMS-ECM-1). It can promote the long term formation of endothelial cell microvessels and suspended macrovessels. The plate has been optimized for the culturing of Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVECs) and is for R&D use only and is not intended for human or other uses.
• Responsive Hydrogels
Responsive hydrogels provided by CD Bioparticles are mainly thermoreversible hydrogel, a copolymer of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and poly(ethylene glycol) (PNIPAAm-PEG), which gels at 37°C and transitions back to a liquid at 4°C. The hydrogel is biologically inert, allowing for easy spheroid formation in the hydrogel phase, and easy cell retrieval during the cold-melt phase. The fluid temperature is 0-15°C, and the gel temperature is above 25°C. This product, the form of which is lyophilized powder, is also for R&D use only.
• Functional Biomatrixes
Functional biomatrixes at CD Bioparticles include collagens, PDMS substrates, gelatin hydrogels, insoluble collagens, collagen coated plates, 3D cell culture hydrogels, hyaluronic acid hydrogels and collagen hybridizing peptides.
