The Realty Investment Club of Houston (RICH) established in 1979, is a non-profit trade association serving the real estate investment community of the greater Houston area. RICH is the largest real estate investor trade association in the country, promoting real estate investment, responsible property and project management while promoting sound, ethical business practices.RICH members receive education, networking and discussion of real estate investing, as well as a long list of member benefits and services. Membership includes free admission to many RICH events each month: the Main Event and Trade Show, Monday Night Workshops and Focus Group meetings to name a few. Members include full- and part-time investors and everyone from accountants to attorneys.
The most anticipated meeting of each month is the RICH Main Event And Trade Show held on the first Saturday of each month. This event features guest speakers--municipal leaders, business professionals, academic personnel and experienced real estate experts--to provide training and discuss current trends and events that may have an impact on real estate investments and investors.
This October Main Event and Trade Show will feature Bill Bronchick, host of Legalwiz.com, nationally known attorney, author, entrepreneur and speaker. Mr. Bronchick has been practicing law and investing in real estate since the early 1990s. He has inspired and trained people all over the country to become financially successful in real estate investment. He is a highly sought-after speaker and has participated in several mega-events, sharing the stage with icons like Rudy Guliani, Steve Forbes and Colin Powell. His best-selling book, Flipping Properties, was named one of the ten best real estate books of the year by the Chicago Tribune.
The Main Event is scheduled for October 5, 2013 9:00a.m. - 3:30p.m. Advance registration for this event is not required. The necessary paperwork can be completed when everyone arrive.
