NY, USA, August 14th, 2017 – The NY Literary Magazine published an inspiring interview with USA Today Bestselling Indie author Kathryn Le Veque.

For over twenty years, Kathryn Le Veque tried to get published with traditional publishing houses, however, all of them turned her down.

When not even one publisher wanted to work with her, Kathryn decided to self-publish her English Medieval Romance books and became one of the most successful indie authors in the world. Le Veque now even runs her own publishing company.

“NYC rejection was the best thing that ever happened,” she told the NY Literary Magazine.

During the interview with the magazine, Kathryn le Veque shares the inspiring story of how she got started in the publishing industry and single-handedly rose from obscurity to fame.

“There were days when I had $5 in my wallet and four days until payday.” Kathryn recounts, “I wrote longhand in spiral notebooks up until the mid-2000’s when I saved my money and bought a second-hand laptop.”

When asked how she overcame 20 years of rejections, she answered “I knew my books were good. I just knew it even though publishers and agents told me otherwise. I’m not one to surrender, and it’s a good thing I didn’t.”

During the interview, Kathryn also talks about what inspired her to write her latest USA Today Bestselling book “Warwolfe” and her successful “De Wolfe” series.

Furthermore, Kathryn reveals how she avoids suffering writer’s block and recounts her first writing experiences. She describes her writing process, how she markets her books, and shares interesting information about her life and background. Le Veque also shares fun facts about the characters in her Medieval Romance book “Warwolfe” and describes the strange and funny things she had to research in order to write her book.
