“Have used Silpat's for years on baking sheets, and have had trouble with the edges curling. These baking sheets are far superior and the set comes with several options, including a non stick mat for the oven floor. had a lasagne boil over and leave a baked on greasy cheesy mess, and it washed off with normal soapy water, no scrubbing. The mats are true to size and fit a commercial size cookie sheet/baking mat. There is a mesh type cooking mat which works well for pizza crusts, etc. highly recommend this set and will be purchasing more for gifts”.

“These mats are really genius actually. bake fairly often (a lost art,), and the mats are nice to not have to put any grease on because they are truly non-stick. Cookies are a breeze with these mats, and don't have to worry about all that grease on fingers while eating them (of course, could always butter cookies if really like that sort of thing–ha ha).
Pros:
1) Actually non-stick
2) No problems with heat (have only used it twice though so far)
3) Comes with 2 Baking mats (worth the value), 1 oven liner (to catch spills…very handy) and 1 mesh grill (perfect for cooking evenly on both sides in instances where need that)
4) There is a bonus offer for a free recipe book
5) Nice packaging
6) Clear and easy to understand instructions.
Cons:
1.) It didn't come with any cookies. :(
seriously recommend this product to just about anyone.”
