Potential award recipients were required to show proof as a NARI member with a good standing in the industry, must pass a detailed presentation of the project summary, must provide clear before and after photos following the editing restrictions, and fill out an entry form in order to be in contention for the 2019 NARI Capital CotY Grand Award Winner Residential Bath $75,001-$100,000.

The candidates were judged based on their demonstration of remodeling excellence, functionality, problem-solving, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation and functionality, problem-solving, aesthetics, craftsmanship, the degree of difficulty, and entry presentation.
