SWA Recovery & Investigation Group have announced the launch of a new online affidavit service. This function allows law firms and collections agencies access to completed affidavits and legal documents as part of the firm’s recovery support practice.

The company’s new online affidavit service, designed to save delays in document delivery and postage costs, is offered to law firms and collection agencies dealing with large volumes of claims. Original and completed affidavits are available as downloads and may be exported directly to JusticeLink, a NSW government web-based case management system.
The new service is available via a secure 24 hour client portal accessed via the SWA Recovery & Investigation Group website. It enables collection agencies and law firms to benefit from the speedy and seamless transfer of documents direct to the IT infrastructure supporting the state’s Local, District and Supreme Courts. The service is also ISO 27001 compliant with reference to data security and intellectual property-protected content.
SWA Recovery & Investigation Group also provides telephone skip tracing, surveillance, mortgage recoveries, repossessions, legal document serving, field investigation, and other investigative services. The firm serves clients in the legal, financial, government and consumer services sectors.
