Former World Surfing champion Joel Parkinson is joined by Australian Olympic cyclists Robbie McEwen and Stuart O’Grady in a star-studded lineup of Investors, ambassadors who are planning there a way to a stable retirement.

But this trio not only provides a notable face and voice for Goldsky, they are part of an envoy of investors reaping the rewards of Ken Grace’s global award-winning, quantitative hedge fund strategy.

“As a professional athlete a lot of your time and effort each day goes into perfecting your craft and becoming the best you can be,” confirmed Parkinson who is a 12-time winner of world surfing tour events and was crowned 2012 ASP World Champion.

“It’s reassuring for myself and my family to have a company like Goldsky that continually strives towards perfection in the investment world.

“Goldsky is guided and motivated towards optimum returns for investors and Ken’s amazing mathematically-driven strategies have provided peace of mind for our financial future.”

O’Grady is a six-time Olympian, claiming gold in the Madison event in 2004, he made 17 appearances on the gruelling Tour de France circuit and is a two-time world track champion.

A recent retiree aged in his early 40s .. O’Grady commends the Goldsky proposition as a worthwhile long-term venture.

“As a 2017 winner of a prestigious AsiaHedge Award, Ken and his team have been acknowledged for continued returns approaching 20% across an entire 12-month period,” said O’Grady.

“The best part of all this is that the Goldsky investment opportunity is now open to the general public. I for one am very thankful to be involved in a business that is serious about ensuring positive outcomes across its entire portfolio.”

Collectively the trio is also adding their influential weight to the cause of youth homelessness throughout the Tweed Coast via Goldsky’s charitable entity, the Sleep Safe Sleep Sweet Foundation (SSSSH).

Founded by Ken’s wife, Janey, the SSSSH Foundation is intent on moving away from creating stop-gap, band aid solutions to the problem of homelessness; that affects more than 300 people throughout the Tweed Heads region alone.

“I still train and do numerous ride events throughout the Gold and Tweed Coasts and it is very sobering to understand youth homelessness is such a widespread problem throughout the region,” said McEwen.

“Hats off to Janey and Goldsky for orchestrating their comprehensive care program that will positively impact such a major social issue and be widely appreciated by the entire community.”

Goldsky’s investment model has a close affinity with the discipline of elite athletes, reflected in the appointment of Victor Popov as business development manager.

Mr Popov has worked in elite sport for 30 years with highly successful teams and individuals including the Brisbane Lions, Australian Olympic teams and professional cycling outfits such as Davitamon -Lotto.

“We’re very pleased to see Joel, Stuart and Robbie, who are all investors, represent our brand as we play a part in their career beyond their sporting achievements,” Mr Grace said.

“Success in elite sport involves a goal-orientated and process-driven approach, which is very similar to success in the investment world.

“The goal is the process and that’s about taking it one step at a time.”
