Justin Worley and Stacy Wagner, Co-Owners of Desert Valley Audio Video and Audio Concepts, have announced the merger of their two companies into a single entity; Oasis Luxury Smart Homes.

Desert Valley Audio was founded a decade ago and quickly became a thriving business that employed over 30 professional and trusted team members. The company swiftly took hold of the market in Phoenix, Arizona, and realized the potential of their system designs and penchant for quality customer service. As a result, they purchased a Hi-Fi shop in Long Beach, California in order to expand their reach and expertise. As of September 2021, the two companies merged to become Oasis Luxury Smart Homes; a brand-new luxury smart home service with a focus on complete system design, installation, and service.
