David Mann, Esq., of The Ledger Law Firm, the high-powered wrongful death firm, announced today that he has taken on a wrongful death case on behalf of the families of Jessica Lewis and Austin Wenner, whose bodies were found in suitcases on a West Seattle beach in June. The notorious case has drawn national attention. Already, the 62-year-old Michael Dudley of Burien has been arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder. Lewis and Wenner were discovered in suitcases near the water off Alki Avenue SW. “We will be taking the matter up from there, from the perspective of wrongful death,” explained David Mann. “We have a strong case, and we intend to take it to the maximum potential outcome.”
