The Bay Ridge Brooklyn renovation & remodeling construction company, Picasso Expert Renovations, is pleased to announce it is expanding beyond Bay Ridge and will be accepting gut renovation projects in Park Slope, Williamsburg,DUMBO, Bushwick, Brooklyn Heights, Greenpoint, Cobble Hill, Prospect Heights, Boerum Hill and Clinton Hill.
Gut renovation construction seems to have become fairly popular in certain neighborhoods of Brooklyn. Picasso Expert Renovations in Brooklyn recently made the decision to branch out with their “gut renovation” business and open it up to the world beyond Bay Ridge.
George from Picasso Expert Renovations was asked what was so special and difficult about gut renovations. “Well, gut renovations are way more complex than your typical remodeling job because everything is torn out: the plumbing, the wiring, the floor, the walls, the windows…we take everything down to the bare bones. That’s why many buyers place great value on a gut renovated property, it’s like a new property.”
We asked George why he was branching out with his gut renovation business: “Previously we have been very selective in screening our clients. We’ve done this by taking only customers who were registered with Angie’s list. However, after noticing how popular our fast restoration & remodeling service has become we’ve decided to open it up to the general public.”
We asked Jo, from Bay Ridge, to comment on Picasso’s work: “George and his team have done wonderful things for us over the past 7 years. The work ranged from modernizing a bathroom, revamping a kitchen, building a deck, paving a yard , totally gutting and installing a beautiful studio apartment in my dirt floor cellar. The last job he did for us was extending our house, changing the second bedrooms into a gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment and making my first floor apartment completely accessible. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work that he does, his entire crew was extremely professional, neat, punctual, respectful and accommodating.
I hesitate to make recommendations but as far as George and his crew – they are hands down terrific”
