Sebella’s Fire recently opened specializing in wood fired artisan Italian style pizza that takes three minutes to cook and arrives steaming hot from the wood burning oven with a super thin crust and a black blistered crown chewy yet crisp all at once.
Sebella’s Fire is local, family owned and operated restaurant in Lee’s Summit, Missouri first started as a vision by Dewayne, Janice and Natalie Young with a combined 26 years of restaurant experience and a love for food and a yearning to own their own business. Dewayne & Natalie traveled to Colorado to take classes learning everything they could about wood fired pizza. The family restaurant has an eclectic yet simple menu with delicious appetizers & fresh salads, signature pizzas, paninis & desserts. In addition, they also carry a large & local bottled beer selection along with wine by the glass or bottle to pair with entrees.
Fresh ingredients include sauces made in house & dough which is made fresh daily are Sebella’s Fire mainstay. Local vendors being used for the freshest ingredients include The Berry Nutty Farms, Dellario Gelato, Boyle’s Chicken, Di Gregorio Italian sausage & Atomic Fizz a locally made soda pop. The menu uses quality ingredients to create options for everyone including gluten free crust and vegan cheese.
Owner and restaurant industry veteran Natalie Young says “that Sebella’s Fire uses fresh, wholesome, flavorful, from the garden and farmer’s market ingredients, all baked to perfection from using earth’s natural source of heat and looks forward to seeing our friends again and would love meeting new ones”.
