Riverside CA Real Estate – Windermere Tower Properties is pleased to announce that Riverside Real Estate Agent, Scott Shepard, has joined its growing team. Scott will split time working out of Windermere’s two offices, located in Riverside CA.
Real Estate agent Scott Shepard has been successfully representing sellers and buyers in the Inland Empire for many years. He is the consummate people person, and takes full pride in his commitment to serving and meeting his clients needs. In addition to his experience in Real Estate, Scott has a background in mortgages and finance, which is essential to educating clients in the process of buying a home. With this multidisciplinary experience, it makes Scott a particularly skilled adviser and advocate for his buyers and sellers. Someone they can truly rely on to guide them through the complex process of a Real Estate transaction. As a Riverside native, who has lived there all his adult life, Scott is intimately familiar with the city. Not only in Riverside, but many areas within the greater Inland Empire. He carries 12+ years’ experience as a Realtor.
Scott attended Riverside Community College (RCC) and California Baptist University (CBU), where he played baseball for both. Upon graduating from CBU in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, he was apart of the 2001 State Champion coaching staff under Dennis Rogers at RCC. Scott’s passion for baseball has now shifted focus to coaching his sons at Magnolia Center Little League, where he is also a board member. In addition to that, he works as a coordinator for ABD Baseball Academy. An entrepreneur at heart, Scott is also the co-founder of energywater™, a lifestyle-focused beverage company.
Scott joined Windermere Real Estate Tower Properties to work alongside an elite group of like-minded agents, while representing a company whose client and community centric commitment is revolutionizing the way Real Estate brokerages are ran. Scott grew up in Corona, and now lives in the Wood Streets of Riverside with his wife, Kristin, and his two sons. Scott’s wife Kristin recently graduated California Baptist University Nursing School, and has been working in Oncology at Loma Linda for 3 years.
