An out of court settlement was reached last week in a lawsuit filed by the Vititoe Law Group on behalf of James Johnson against actress Lindsay Lohan. In October, 2013 Lohan slammed her black 2012 Porsche 911S into Johnson’s vehicle while driving northbound on Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica, CA.“We are happy to say that we have reached a confidential settlement with Ms. Lohan that our client is very pleased with,” said attorney Carrington Snyder of Vititoe Law Group. This settlement includes any action for punitive damages against Ms. Lohan in connection with this collision.
