Veteran Female Entrepreneur Helps Women Turn Home-Based Businesses into Six-Figure Companies

With women entrepreneurship on the rise, Susan Brady teaches small business owners how to grow their profits and change their lives.

Women are starting businesses twice as fast as men, according to a recent report in the Harvard Business Review. The number of women-owned businesses in the United States rose by 68 percent between 1997 and 2014, and the study estimated that 1,288 companies are started each day, which is double the rate of just three years ago.

With so many women-owned companies entering the marketplace, the need for experienced businesswomen to mentor these fledgling entrepreneurs is skyrocketing.

“Having more women-owned businesses in the United States is fantastic,” said Susan Brady, the “Make Six Figures Working From Home Coach”. “However, the lasting economic impact of most women’s small businesses may not be what’s best for women. According to a report out by the Harvard Business Review [June 25, 2014], women-owned businesses are disproportionately in industries where the median receipts are less than $225,000, and businesses with receipts of less than $100,000 are more likely to fail. I strongly believe that women in business, especially new entrepreneurs, need the support of a successful entrepreneur or business coach who has a proven track record to guide them and hold them accountable to their plan and goals.”

Brady, who is the keynote speaker for the Michigan Association of Female Entrepreneurs (MAFE) 2014 Women Entrepreneurs Conference Celebrating Global Entrepreneurship Week, motivates and inspires women small business owners using her proven experience and her love for women who seek financial freedom. She is the founder of Susan Brady International, a company committed to the growth, empowerment and personal mastery of women entrepreneurs around the globe.

After 18 years in public service, Susan went on to pursue a career in direct sales where she quickly rose to the top 1 percent of the company earning a six-figure income within 18 months.

“It’s difficult to see beyond the next level at times,” said Brady. “Having a mentor to assist you with those critical next steps can be crucial to a woman growing her business and becoming profitable, especially if she is determined to replace her corporate salary.”

Brady will share her famous D.A.R.E. system in a presentation entitled, “D.A.R.E. TO DREAM – The Secrets to Making Decisions & Taking Action Like a Six-Figure Business Owner.” She’ll prove that creating a successful business is not impossible, and that when a woman makes more money, it changes her entire family, which changes her community, which ultimately changes the world.

The event will take place on Thursday, November 20, 2014, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at:
Michigan First Credit Union
27000 Evergreen Road
Lathrup Village, MI 48076
