In an exciting change of pace, maverick artisan chocolatier and founder of “Choctopia”, Matt Hancock has hit the ground running determined to make a splash in the chocolate world. By using his artistic flare honed from 25 years as a fine dining chef Matt said: “We think it’s going to be a real hit because there is nothing else like it for miles around. Everything here is made totally by hand in the picturesque village of Newdigate using fine Belgian chocolate and quality ingredients to give you an experience rather than just a box of chocolates.”
Choctopia will be celebrating its launch with a Valentines luxury chocolate range and giving away a Valentines hamper to one lucky ‘Choctopian’. This will take place on 10 February. Matt says: “We wanted to be exciting with our Valentines chocolates because we thought it would be as much fun for our customers as it is for us.”
In a space where most competitors simply just launch and keep quiet about it and fail to cause much of a stir, Choctopia has opted to be a little more exciting with its chocolate range, “Using bright airbrushed colours and slabs loaded with toppings, we’re hoping to turn a few heads along the way” said Matt, “It should go great unless of course people suddenly decide they no longer like chocolate!”
Choctopia is determined to stand out and make a commotion. It’s all part of the fun and it’s going to boost the product’s value hugely. This launch celebration is just one of the many ideas Choctopia plans to roll out in the coming year.
