This week, the company finalized the purchase of Dallas, TX based Power Protection Services, LLC.Power Protection Services, also known as PPS, has strong customer relationships throughout Texas and Southern California. Michael Stephens and Dennis Hicks started the company in 2003 and grew their business through relentless focus on serving their customers' critical power needs.
Michael Stephens has joined Unified Power and will assume responsibility for the company's Field Service Organization. Dennis Hicks will become an Independent Sales Rep for the company.
