POMONA, New York – December 19, 2014– TriState Delivery and Assembly today announced the launch of their new website, http://www.tristatedeliveryandassembly.com/,allowing Christmas and Holiday shoppers who have purchased big items (such as fitness equipment, backyard playgrounds and large furniture), and need to have them assembled or delivered, to find the company more easily.
Most people don’t know of the existence of assembly services, and this website is meant to help inform users of the value of Tristate’s services. It is often distressing for home owners who have purchased big-ticket items like trampolines and outdoor playsets when they realize it is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to assemble it properly. CEO Dave Madden remarks, “We get the calls all the time, a father spends $5,000 on an outdoor playground, or a billiards table, or a trampoline for his kids, with the plan that he’s going to put it together himself. After an hour of frustration, he calls us.”
Business has been absolutely booming,says Madden, and he feels proud that he can help people when they are‘in a pickle.’ “It has a lot to do with people underestimating how difficult assembling these products actually is. People get frustrated; get fed up; even get into fights with their significant others.”
“I’m saving marriages, one outdoor playset at a time”, Madden laughs, and he’s serious too.
Tristate works regularly with big chains like Toy’s R Us and Lowe’s to provide delivery and assembly services for their customers. “Most people know they aren’t going to assemble an elliptical machine, so they sign up at the register when they are at Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc.”, Madden continues, “we’ve got those folks covered.”
“But the website isn’t about those people, it’s about trying to reach folks that didn’t think they needed an assembly service, that thought they could do it on their own but now are in a tight spot”.

Other common needs are fitness equipment (working regularly with the likes of Retro Fitness), outdoor trampolines and billiards tables.

The holiday’s are usually one of the busiest times for the company and the delivery/assembly niche, as shoppers give and receive these large gifts that need to be assembled.
