Ticket Seller Worries Bob Dylan Tickets Won’t Last

Bob Dylan tickets are in great demand as the artist is aboout to embark on his much anticipated performances. But one ticket seller is worried that there aren't enough tickets to satisfy all his fans.

Bob Dylan fans are fiercely loyal, and when word got out that he would be performing at the Desert Trip Music Festival in California, they went wild. This is the first year for the music festival, and tickets are quickly becoming scarce.

But Dylan added fuel to the ticket frenzy when he announced that he would go on tour this fall to promote his latest album, “Fallen Angels,” which he released last May. The tour currently consists of 27 dates across the country and includes stops in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Lubbock, Texas, Knoxville, Tennessee, and Orlando, Florida. The tour begins on October 13 in Las Vegas, Nevada and ends in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on November 23.

“We’ve never seen anything quite like this,” says a spokesman from Concert Bank, a third party online ticket seller that specializes in difficult to find tickets, “Bob Dylan fans are committed, and I’m afraid that with only 27 tour dates, many of them are going to disappointed because the shows will be sold out.”

In addition to the 27 concert tour dates, Dylan will be performing at the Desert Trip Music Festival on October 7 and October 14 at the Empire Polo Field in Indio, California. Those tickets are also selling quickly.

“The bottom line is this,” says the spokesman, “If you’re a fan and want Bob Dylan tickets, you can’t wait to purchase them. We’re seeing them fly out the door, and every hour that passes means there are less seats available.”
