So I'm not familiar with the science behind ingredients such as Shea butter, avocado oil, coconut oil, etc., but what I can tell you is my firsthand experience. I've always just used regular lotion from any main department store such as Dove's, Johnson & Johnson, and whatever else. I've never really noticed a difference, and I'm not stating that this is a "magical" cream that will forever restore my dry skin to the glorious baby skin I came with out of my mother's womb. However, I can say that this stuff freaking works. Keeps my skin hydrated for the whole day. I must state that I work indoors in front of a computer sitting in a chair all day. So your mileage may vary if you work outside or move around a lot. But for me, this stuff does the trick…”
