The Road To Riches workshop is featuring two well-known and respected members of the Houston real estate investment community: Ray Sasser and Linda Muscarello. Ray Sasser, owner of Race Properties and former president of Realty Investment Club of Houston has been active in buying, selling, rehabbing and property management for over 25 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this event. Linda Muscarello, famous for her success in foreclosures, has been doing real estate investing for over 15 years. She is also a past president of RICH. She has been speaking and training at important real estate events for many years. Ray and Linda are experts in all areas of real estate, have several real estate investments and have trained many now-successful investors and trainers in the greater Houston area.The Realty Investment Club of Houston, established in 1979, is a non-profit trade association and provider of premier real estate investor education to the greater Houston area. RICH is the largest real estate investor association in the country, promoting real estate investment, responsible property and project management while promoting sound, ethical business practices.

The Road to Riches two day workshop will cover buying and selling in today's market, case studies and ways to be successful, strategies that work, what the source of money should be and how to work on that money so that can get the highest yield while reducing risk, and much more. It will soon become clear why some strategies are completely wrong and others are slam dunks.
The workshop is scheduled for November 16 and 17, 2013 at the Rich Conference Center. Both days will begin at 8:45AM and end at approximately 5:00PM. Fee for RICH members and nonmembers is $295. Preregistration is required. Go to the Event Information Page to register.
