To cap off a great 2013 the RICH Club is presenting, in round-table format, a group of real estate experts who will provide information, discussion and advice on all aspects of real estate investing. This event has something for everyone. For those considering investing in real estate to seasoned investors, this event is a great opportunity to increase knowledge in areas relevant to every individual. There will be over 20 presenters--all local and seasoned experts in real estate--to discuss the latest information and strategies that will increase success in real estate investing. There will be speakers to represent all aspects of real estate investing. For example:- Steven Kaufman from Zeus Mortgage will discuss current trends in investor strategies, hottest markets in Houston and what to avoid when making deals.
- Kevin Smith, Personal Inspector, will discuss rehabbing and inspecting for maximum ROI.
- George Wilson, Internet Marketing and Houston SEO Consultant, will demonstrate how maximizing outreach to the mobile generation will grow a business.
- Linda Muscarello will talk about the new rules in the foreclosure market.
The Realty Investment Club of Houston has been in operation more than 35 years. It is considered the largest non-profit real estate investing association in the country and is steadily growing with current membership exceeding 1,000. RICH offers its members real estate investment education, information about current financial opportunities and strategies to maximize profits and networking opportunities.
The RICH Main Event, held on the first Saturday of each month, features guest speakers--municipal leaders, business professionals, academic personnel and experienced real estate experts--who discuss current trends and events that may have an impact on the real estate world. This event is eagerly anticipated by members and nonmembers for the timely and relevant information it provides.
The December 7, 2013, meeting will be at the RICH Conference Center, 4220 Lockfield, Houston TX 77092. Advance registration for this event is not required. The necessary paperwork can be completed upon arrival. Registration is from 8:00AM — 9:00AM. First-time guests are free, $30 for members. Everyone can also preregister at the event information page.
According to the Multiple Listing Service of the Houston Association of Realtors, "If the Houston real estate market were a car, it would be fair to say its driver had the pedal to the metal." Positive home sales continue to be high and a slowdown doesn't appear to be coming any time soon.
