Educating customers about the right products and services for their home is a key reason behind the new videos, says Tapley. She encourages anyone considering putting a fireplace in their home to check out the videos because the company has some amazing options that most people aren’t aware of. The videos also offer tips and advice, from what type of fireplace works best to watching out for chimney sweep scams from other companies.
“We think it’s really important to inform everyone that the chimney sweep business is filled with predators using scare tactics to take advantage of you,” says Tapley. “At The Fireplace Place, we don’t just do a chimney sweep. We perform a level one chimney inspection and cleaning. This includes examining the readily accessible portions of the chimney exterior, interior, and accessible portions of the appliance and the chimney connection.”
The Fireplace Place hopes that whenever customers have questions about fireplace products and services, the new online video series will be the first place they will go to get answers.
