Thermalabs newly launched cosmetic brand Supermasea launches their first product based on Dead Sea Minerals.

Supremasea, the recently launched brand from Thermalabs, is set to make a debut of their first product based on Dead Sea Minerals. The new product, which is said to be a Tan Enhancer, will be the premier product in new brand. Thermalabs is an all too familiar company in the cosmetic industry. Launched two years ago, Thermalabs has climbed the success ladder to be one of the world’s leading cosmetic companies. The company has played a part in the rising trend of self-tanning, which is tanning minus the sun. Choosing to focus their investments on the production of self-tanner products, the company has succeeded in making a name for itself in the beauty market with more than six self-tanning products. The success of their first product commonly described as ‘America’s Best Self Tanner’, the Natural Self Tanner propelled the company into mainstream success at inception. Based on 97% natural and 70% organic ingredients, the product served as a backdrop for the company’s following self-tanners.

However, Thermalabs new Supremasea brand will formulate products based on Dead Sea Minerals. These products are cosmetics based on components extracted from the Dead Sea. Dermatologists believe that Dead Sea based cosmetics contain larger portions of beneficial salts that are effective in relieving skin conditions. Studies have proven that Dead Sea salts are ideal for treating psoriasis, acne, and eczema. Research shows that the Dead Sea Minerals are a combination of rare minerals with specific benefits to the skin. Some of these benefits include Calcium for soothing and relieving skin cells for stronger cell membranes. Magnesium for acceleration of cell metabolism. Chloride for alkalinity and acidity balance in the body. Bromide for healing and relieving skin disorders. Zinc which regulates cell growth and improves sebo-regulation along with being a natural UV ray blocker.

Supremasea’s new launch will be a Tan enhancing agent that will act as a hand and body lotion. The aim of the product will be in maintaining the tan effect after the application of the Thermalabs Self-Tanners. Self-tanners are also referred to as sunless tanners are formulated products, lotions or sprays that once applied to the skin, result in a tanned appearance similar to a suntan. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, what makes self-tanning lotions so effective is the dihydroxyacetone (DHA) ingredient. DHA is a colorless sugar that once it interacts with the skin’s dead cells, a color change occurs. Afterward this change lasts for about five to seven days after which the tanned effect gradually fades. This is due to the dead skin cells being worn away from the skin surface. Because of this fact, Thermalabs have always suggested that users should reapply their sunless tanner after about three days to maintain the tanning effect.

The Tan Enhancer’s Dead Sea components, according to the company’s brand manager is formulated to moisturize the skin, leaving a longer-lasting tan. Enriched with premium ingredients that keep the skin healthy and supple, this product protects from free radicals and environmental pollutants. Some of the most effective components that will feature in the Tan Enhancer will include Water, Mineral Oil, Glycerin, Rose Canina Fruit Oil and Vitamin E. It is, however, unknown whether the Supremasea brand’s new product will feature on Amazon.com shopping site like Thermalabs products.
