Spokane, Washington – Jan. 15, 2013 – Holland McBurns, an elder law attorney serving the Spokane area, will soon offer a free information session at a local senior activity center.On Feb. 20, McBurns will visit the Southside Senior Activity Center, to discuss elder law, estate planning and more, as well as answer any questions local seniors may have. The event will take place from 10:30 a.m. until Noon.
During the session, seniors will have the opportunity to learn more about issues that affect them, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, Medicaid, guardianship and more. Participants will also be free to ask questions throughout the event.
As an elder law attorney, McBurns offers a holistic approach to the legal field. Instead of offering clients assistance in just one specific area of the law, McBurns is able to help seniors with all of their legal concerns and issues. From planning for retirement and setting up trusts for loved ones to assisting with wills and managing Medicaid, she can help seniors in many more ways than one.
