Dr. Mindy Pelz shares how people can transform their health naturally, based on her 20 years of experience helping high risk patients in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Doctor, Public Speaker and Mom, Mindy Pelz, DC, is in the trenches with her patients fighting a war against disease, that surprisingly she often wins when many other healthcare solutions fail.

“The health of our communities is at a critical point,” says Dr. Mindy, “Obesity, heart attacks, diabetes, and cancer are at an all-time high. Cancer has now become the number-one killer of our children ages five to fourteen, six being the average age for a cancer diagnosis.”

Seventy percent of Americans are on a medication.(1) The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) 2009 statistics on deaths due to medications showed that for the first time ever in the United States, more people were killed by drugs (over-the-counter and prescription) than motor vehicle accidents.(2)

Drug fatalities more than doubled among teens and young adults between 2000 and 2008,(3) and they more than tripled among people aged fifty to sixty-nine. And the commonly used and often considered harmless, Tylenol, is the top offender on the list of common drugs that people die from due to an overdose.

“No one is immune from the growing epidemic of chronic diseases and increasing toxic loads” says Dr. Mindy, “Everyone I know have lost someone they love to cancer. I want to stop that trend.”

The Reset Factor book gives the reader a 45-day nutritional and lifestyle plan that teaches them how to Reset their health and how to avoid a scary diagnosis in the future. The plan has been carefully assembled by Dr. Mindy after 20 years of researching the cause of disease in the human body through caring for patients in her private practice in San Jose, California and studying the latest scientific findings.

“After years of coaching people to better health, I’ve discovered that most people have a desire to be healthy—but they simply don’t have a clear path to accomplishing their desire,” says Dr. Mindy, “We need a user’s manual for this miraculous body we live in! And that’s exactly why I wrote the Reset Factor book!”

Fiona, one of Dr. Mindy’s patients, excitedly shared that “The results I got with the 45-day Reset Program has been mind-blowing for me. I have lost around 45 pounds. People I didn’t even know were commenting on how much weight I had lost. I have gained health that I never even knew was nutrition related.”

At a young age, Dr. Mindy was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Refusing to believe the prognosis the doctors gave her, she went searching for answers. Her personal journey back to health ignited a voracious passion in her to understand why the human body breaks down—and how these breakdowns can be fixed by removing toxins, adding in good nutrition, and working with the healing laws of the body.

In the 20 years that Dr. Mindy has been in practice, she has helped tens of thousands of people reset their health. Her unique approach to health and her passion for nutrition has led her to work with professionals, Olympic and collegiate athletes, Academy Award winning actors, professional musicians, and Silicon Valley CEOs. She lectures all over the country and has been hired by numerous corporations to help their employees reduce stress, maximize their nutrition, and remove harmful toxins from their life so they can be healthier, happier, more productive people. Still maintaining an active wellness practice, Dr. Mindy lives in Silicon Valley with her husband and two teenage kids.
