Shapeshifter, a bendable stiff-brim hat, has almost reached its funding goal on Kickstarter. The campaign has brought on Funded Today to help bring their product to a wider audience and increase pledges for the remaining month of the campaign.About Shapeshifter
The Shapeshifter is a sunhat with a durable but flexible wire in the brim. The wire can be bent to any shape and is guaranteed to hold. This technology allows users to customize their preferences, or bend Shapeshifter to fit any travel pack or bag. The brim can withstand up to 60 mph winds, and won’t bend or flop up. Shapeshifter is completely waterproof and floats in water, and features a built-in cape for extra coverage. Shapeshifter’s top cap can also be removed for users with thicker or longer hair.
Pricing and Availability
Shapeshifter is available to back now on Kickstarter. The campaign is nearing their funding goal, and hopes to see the number increase with the help of Funded Today. Once the campaign ends, the hat is set to be produced and shipped to all backers by November 2017. The starting price for one unit is $40.
